Janelle McCallum
She is the operational leader for Teleios' Clinically Integrated Network.
She is responsible for supporting Clinical Operations coaches, creating and consolidating best practices for the network, and providing Primary Coaching. She works with clients to help them navigate and thrive in the complex regulatory, quality, compliance, billing and competitive environment of Hospice and Palliative Care. She is steadfast about driving outcomes that matter for Hospices and Palliative Care.
She created the “5 Gems of Quality” which is a metaphor & method to hardwire excellent Family Experience of Care (CAHPS) outcomes. She champions the Art of Showing Up framework and provides critical experiential education and support for leaders and facilitates Positive Intelligence pods and education for the network.
Prior to joining Teleios in early 2018, she spent most of her career as leader of The Denver Hospice (TDH) in Denver, Colorado. As President, she championed staff to grow Hospice referrals and admissions that resulted in 12% year over year growth with forty for profit competitors in the market. She engaged staff to improve HIM process measures to 100% and Hospice CAHPS scores with 8 out of 8 domains better than national average. Over her tenure at TDH she held many positions giving her a vast range of experience.
Janelle is a Registered Nurse, with a Master of Science in Management from Regis University. She completed an Executive Leadership Program from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in conjunction with Vistage International.
