Gloria Brooks

She is responsible for developing and facilitating strategic vision plans including implementation of affiliations, goal identification and benchmarks, and evaluating opportunities to ensure quality care delivery meets community needs amidst the changing healthcare landscape. Gloria is also responsible for assisting Carolina Caring with organization-initiated strategic and operation plan projects. 

Prior to joining Teleios in April 2023, Gloria established an independent consulting practice, G. Brooks & Associates LLC, in January 2020.  Gloria held executive officer roles in nonprofit Hospice organizations at Hospice of Michigan and Arbor Hospice & Palliative Care in Michigan, and at Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care in Colorado from 2000–2019. 

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Therapy from the University of Evansville, and a Master of Public Administration with a minor in Nonprofit Management from Oakland University.
