Chris Comeaux

President/CEO

Chris Comeaux is President/CEO of Teleios Collaborative Network (TCN) and Teleios Consulting Group, and author of the award-nominated book The Anatomy of Leadership. 

Chris Comeaux, CPA, MLAS is an award-winning expert and lifelong student of leadership.  He lives his life by these two questions:  “How can I help?” and “Where can I provide value?” 

Chris is a wealth of know-how on leadership and organizing principles for organizations and is an expert on all things leadership after spending his life and career reading, researching, learning, coaching, podcasting, writing, and implementing the principles and tools to create high-performance leaders and organizations. 

TCN has been named by Modern Healthcare as one of America's Best Places to Work in 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021.  Over the years, Chris has become nationally known as a leader in the Hospice and Palliative Care movement.  He has spent a substantial portion of his career as President/CEO of Four Seasons in western North Carolina, a two-time American Hospital Association Circle of Life Award Winner. 

In 2020, Chris helped co-found Teleios Consulting Group, a coaching and consulting company taking the leadership principles used in TCN and the leadership system Chris has developed to clients all over the US.  Chris believes: "If the principles and tools we teach work in Hospice and Palliative Care, they will work in any business."  

Chris’s prior experience includes working for the Studer Group, CFO of Covenant Hospice, KPMG, and Cooper Industries, a Fortune 100 Company.
